Break the Silence with us again from July 19-24th.

It’s not news to say that the realities of our “new normal” are impacting our mental health.

We can’t see our loved ones as often, we’re isolated, we are under stress at home and at work, and there is always a threat of illness. It’s a lot. 

You're invited to join us for a reset.  A week to learn together, move, and expand our world past the four walls of our homes.
